Robert joins Sequor Law following clerkships with the Honorable James J. Tancredi at the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the District of Connecticut and the Honorable Erik S. Atas at the Maryland Circuit Court for Baltimore City. His impressive background includes a tenure with the U.S. Senate Committee on the Judiciary, where he assisted on key legal and policy issues. Robert’s practice will focus on asset recovery, bankruptcy, and creditors’ rights, bringing an added depth to Sequor Law’s expanding capabilities in these areas.
