Templeton N. Timothy
Attorney
Templeton N. Timothy, an attorney at Sequor Law, focuses his practice on international commercial litigation and proceeds of crime recovery.
Templeton’s work focuses on recovery efforts for international frauds, including domestic asset tracing and the collection of foreign judgments and arbitral awards.
Templeton is a dual-citizen of the United States and Trinidad & Tobago, is fluent in English and Spanish, and has worked on matters involving North America, South America, the Caribbean, Europe, and the Middle East.
Templeton earned his Juris Doctorate from the University of Miami School of Law, during which he was a Soia Mentschikoff Scholarship recipient, received honors in Litigation Skills & Trial Advocacy, and was also a Senior Notes and Comments Editor for the University of Miami Business Law Review.
Additionally, Templeton was an intern at the United States District Court for the Southern District of Florida.
Before becoming an attorney, Templeton graduated from Franklin & Marshall College in Lancaster, Pennsylvania, and worked in New York City as a trial preparation assistant at the Queens District Attorney’s Office, Special Victims Bureau.
